What are the best unspoilt beaches on Cebu island?

I'm looking for a low cost, unspoilt beach to spend the week before New Year on Cebu with my girlfriend. We'll be flying into Cebu airport so any info on the best way to approach the beach from there will be an added bonus.

Malapascua and Camotes Islands are two great destinations in Cebu.
From the airport you have to travel by bus to the wharf then take a boat ride to the island. you can easily find their sites online..have a great time

Gibitngil Island is part of the Municipality of Medellin located at the Northern-most part of Cebu. This island is usually visited by tourists on island hopping. This paradise island has white powder sands and aqualine waters ideal for snorkelling and scuba diving.
